From CEO to £2M+ Closer, then Revenue Culture Architect How I went from leading a £50 million redevelopment to building a 7-figure coaching company - and now I help CEOs transform their organisations into a revenue-generating culture with transformational coaching and the C.O.R.E method.
Three Careers. One Common Thread.
The C.O.R.E. Method is built on four psychological pillars that shift how your entire organisation thinks, speaks, and acts.
It started at age 19
When the manager left I was handed the keys to Novelli's flagship restaurant W8 in Kensington and told “make it work, we’re relying on you” - and despite the sharp learning curve, I did! While most of my peers were focused solely on their studies, I was managing a high-end restaurant by night and studying film at university by day - leading a team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and learning how to perform under intense pressure.
That early baptism by fire taught me something crucial: Leadership isn't about age or title. It's about adaptability, resilience, and humility
Then came the film and TV years.
I moved into TV and film, working in operations management for some of the big names in TV, then film in talent management, and looking after A-list Hollywood stars - navigating high-stakes negotiations, managing complex personalities, and building relationships that required both strategic thinking and deep emotional intelligence.
This led to me being head-hunted to manage a £50 million redevelopment project at Ealing Film Studios and then a few years later I took over my first business - becoming CEO of an advertising agency, managing creative projects and learning how to build cultures that drive results.
After the birth of my son, I retrained as a therapist and then an executive coach, during which time I also tutored and ghost-wrote an MBA for a member of the Jordanian royal family - an experience that taught me how to distill complex business concepts and communicate them with clarity and impact.
Then, I became a true entrepreneur.
In 2017 founded and launched a 7-figure coaching company - with zero investment, no team, and no venture capital. Just me, my laptop, and my understanding of sales psychology.
In my first year, I generated £300,000 in revenue. By year three, I'd single handedly closed over £2 million in high-ticket sales on the frontline in sales - phone calls, closing deals and collecting cash.
I outsourced and scaled that business and it’s still running with minimal involvement from me
Now, I'm a revenue culture architect.
I help CEOs and their leadership teams do what I did - but at scale. I teach them how to embed sales thinking in their sales teams as well as across their entire organisation using the C.O.R.E. Method: a psychology-driven framework that transforms culture and thinking into revenue and cash collected.
The Day I Realised Sales Isn't About Being Pushy - It's About Understanding Psychology
Here’s the truth: I’m an introvert.
I don’t love small talk. I don’t thrive in loud rooms. And I definitely didn’t fit the stereotype of a “natural salesperson.”
I actually had a deep terror of phone calls – never mind public speaking!
But I discovered something powerful:
Sales isn't about being extroverted. It's about understanding human psychology.
And it’s about being connected to purpose.
When I started my coaching company, I had no choice but to sell. No sales team. No marketing budget. Just me and my ability to connect with people.
I also had a deep desire to help others, and to change the world in some small way on a daily basis.
So I leaned into what I was good at: emotional intelligence, deep listening, and understanding what drives human behavior.
I studied sales psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics. I learned how to build trust, create urgency, and position value – without ever feeling pushy or inauthentic.
– And it worked.
I closed £25K, £50K, and £100K deals – not because I was aggressive, but because I understood the psychology behind decision-making and buyer behaviour.
That’s when I realised: If I could do this as an introvert, anyone could.
And more importantly: If every employee in a company understood these principles, revenue would skyrocket.
I started to train others – a sales team for my business, other coaches and consultants – and the results blew my mind!
That coaching process and set of principles became the C.O.R.E. Method.
Why I Created the C.O.R.E. Method
After closing millions in sales, and training individuals, I started working with CEOs and leadership teams.
And I kept hearing the same frustration:
- Our sales team is great, but they can't do it alone.
- We're leaving money on the table because no one else thinks about revenue.
- Our operations team delivers, but they don't spot opportunities
- Our customer service team solves problems, but they don't ask about upsells.
Sound familiar?
Here’s what I realised: Most companies treat sales as a department, not a culture.
They hire salespeople and expect them to carry the entire revenue burden. Meanwhile, everyone else in the company – finance, operations, customer service, IT – thinks revenue is “someone else’s job.”
The result?
- Deals take longer to close because only sales is building momentum
- Clients leave because no one outside sales is creating value
- Upsells and cross-sells get missed because no one's looking for them
- Your sales team burns out trying to do it all
The solution?
Build a Culture of Revenue Excellence where every employee, in every role, naturally thinks about client value, spots opportunities, and contributes to growth.
That’s the C.O.R.E. Method.
Why Work With Me?
I’m not your typical sales trainer.
I don't teach scripts. I don't push aggressive tactics. And I don't believe in turning your accountants into cold-callers.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
1. I've Been in the CEO Chair
I've led teams, managed budgets, and made the tough decisions. I understand the pressure you're under to grow revenue without ballooning costs. I'm not a consultant who's never run a business. I've built one from scratch—and scaled it to 7 figures with zero investment.
2. I've Closed Over £2 Million Myself
I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching what I've done - repeatedly, successfully, and without being pushy or inauthentic. I've closed big deals as an introvert. I know what works.
3. I Understand Psychology, Not Just Sales
My approach is rooted in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence - not just sales tactics. I teach your team how to understand human behavior, build trust, and create value. That's what drives sustainable revenue growth.
4. I Focus on Culture, Not Just Training
Most sales training is a one-time event. People get excited, then go back to their old habits. The C.O.R.E. Method is different. It's about embedding sales thinking into your culture - so it becomes automatic, natural, and sustainable.
5. I Get Results
My clients see: 15-30% revenue growth within 12-18 months | 25-40% faster sales cycles | 20-35% better client retention | This isn't theory. It's proven.
What I Believe About Sales and Revenue
Here’s what I know to be true:
This is the heading
The best salespeople aren't the loudest. They're the ones who listen deeply, ask better questions, and understand what drives human behavior.
Introverts can be exceptional at sales.
You don't need to be extroverted to close deals. You need to be emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and strategic.
Every employee is a revenue contributor - they just don't know it yet.
Your finance team, operations team, and customer service team are sitting on goldmines of opportunity. They just need to be trained to see it.
Culture beats tactics every time.
You can teach all the sales tactics in the world, but if your culture doesn't support revenue thinking, nothing will stick.
Revenue growth doesn't require hiring more salespeople.
It requires unlocking the potential of the people you already have.

How I Help: The C.O.R.E. Method
The C.O.R.E. Method stands for Culture of Revenue Excellence.
It’s a psychology-driven framework that transforms your entire organization into a revenue-generating culture – without the pressure, scripts, or awkwardness.
Here’s how it works:
The 4 Pillars:
1. Value Consciousness
Teaching every employee to see their work through the lens of client value—not just tasks completed.

Shifting the company mindset from transactional to relational—where every interaction deepens trust and partnership.

A company where every employee – from finance to operations to customer service—naturally thinks about revenue, spots opportunities, and contributes to growth.
When I'm Not Transforming Revenue Cultures...
I’m a mum, a psychology nerd, and a lifelong learner.
I’m fascinated by human behavior, neuroscience, and what makes people say “yes.” I read everything I can get my hands on about behavioral economics, emotional intelligence, and decision-making.
I also believe in leading with empathy. My journey – from CEO to entrepreneur to revenue culture architect – has taught me that the best leaders are the ones who understand people, not just profit.
And I’m passionate about helping women in leadership build the confidence and skills to close high-ticket deals without compromising their authenticity.
